Alyssa is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 8 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, improve movement, and reconnect with their bodies. Her treatment approach combines evidence-informed manual therapy with a holistic understanding of how the body’s systems work together.
She incorporates a variety of techniques including acupuncture, cupping therapy, fascial stretching, and specialized TMJ treatment to address the root causes of discomfort and dysfunction. Alyssa has a particular interest in supporting nervous system regulation, helping clients move from a state of stress and tension toward one of balance, recovery, and resilience.
Drawing from her background in movement and pilates, Alyssa believes lasting results come from combining hands-on treatment with education, corrective exercises, and practical stretches that clients can incorporate into their daily lives. She takes a whole-body approach to care, recognizing that pain and restriction in one area often stem from patterns elsewhere in the body.
